Then a bulldozer strips the fertile topsoil for later land restoration. The site is graded and levelled with an excavator. If necessary, sand and crushed stone are brought in to fill pits, gullies and low spots. The soil is compacted with rollers.

To do this, you need to prepare a set of documents: title documents for the land plot, the urban development plan, design documentation, and the results of expert reviews and approvals.
